Security Services will then be solicited to provide assistance in
recruiting and screening additional qualified personnel.
C. Replacement
Personnel
Our phase-in plan assigns specific managers and/or
supervisors with the responsibility to complete the smooth transition
from the current contractual security force to Building Security
Services. During the phase-in period, personnel currently on staff
will be evaluated and retained in those positions if qualified by
company standards and desired by Client. For those positions left
vacant, Building Security Services will provide, from its own staff
or through recruitment, suitable individuals to fill required positions.
D. Continual Recruitment
Building Security Services will build the security
force and maintain staffing levels to perform according to the required
commitment as outlined in the Security Contract Agreement.

the rank of security officer are normally filled through
our established promotion policy, which encourages upward
mobility from within Building Security Services. |
E. Employment Policy
Individuals who exceed the basic qualifications
and are able to perform the mental and physical tasks required are
actively sought by Building Security Services. Those individuals
whose conduct, appearance, competence, and integrity align with
the ideals set forth by the company are hired.

Administrative and support staff vacancies
are advertised (within our organization) and all qualified
employees are encouraged to apply. In addition, Building
Security Services utilizes recruitment resources within
the geographic area of the client's facility, including
local colleges, job services, associations, local organizations
and newspapers, thereby facilitating replacement of uniformed
security officers. Building Security Services attempts to
employ individuals who have a year or more experience as
a security officer, police officer, and/or equivalent experience.
