meets and exceeds contracted specifications. The leadership team
that leads Building Security Services has over 100 years of combined
experience in law enforcement and security management. Our management
staff will deliver a security program and quality personnel to exceed
industry standards.
The leadership team’s combined background
experience includes proficiency in police work, investigations and
training procedures. Guidance and supervision is instituted from
the classroom to site assignment by the leadership team. Routine
performance reviews are conducted at each level of management from
the Account Managers to the Regional Managers to insure superior
service in line with established company policy.
