Leadership Team

Supervision

During the life of the contract, BSS will continually monitor and make recommendations to enhance the level of service. Regional Managers and Account Managers will visit your site to ensure the quality and integrity of the program. Direct communication at all levels is our goal and will keep us collectively on the right track.

Security Officer Screening

Building Security takes extra steps in the screening process in order to hire only the best candidates. Each potential Security Officer completes an extensive pre-employment procedure that includes previous employment verification, background check, including fingerprinting, through appropriate state agencies, personality evaluation, drug screening, driver’s license abstract report (when applicable). If the individual successfully completes this process, they will then start the PSTN video-training course that they must pass with 75 % or better.

Technology

Our training is hands on. Although our focus is uniformed security officers, we have partnered with some of the finest technology companies in the industry. We constantly strive to stay ahead of the technology curve, providing our customers with current information and practical integration solutions for their specific needs. Some examples of our advances in internal technology are as follows:

Nextel Blackberry’s - Communication is a key element in providing quality security. All management down to Account Managers are issued Nextel Blackberry’s to ensure their availability through telephone, radio and e-mail.

TeleTeam - Officers reporting to work will dial in to our TeleTeam computer to log the check-in time for payroll and billing purposes. TeleTeams Caller ID will only accept calls from predetermined numbers. Failure to make the call or calling from a mismatched telephone results in immediate notification to management via Blackberry e-mail.

Team Financial - This program aids our ability to provide accurate scheduling, payroll and billing. It also has the ability to provide the client a hard copy showing security officer names, shifts worked and any special assignments (upon request only).

Employee photo ID By issuing our company ID’s on cards compatible with many access systems, they can be integrated with proximity, magstripe and bar code systems.
