All applicants must:

  • Have a valid SORA or NYS security license
  • Be detail oriented
  • Have the ability to communicate with clients, tenants and visitors
  • Be able to stand for longer periods of time and do tours when needed
  • Help to cover open shifts if needed
  • Have customer service skills
  • Have a professional demeanor
  • Have reliable transportation
